Eurocorps and Eurofor

Hello, I'm a Public Administration student from the University of Leiden and I'm writing a thesis on European defence cooperation. My french is not that good so I hope that one of is able to understand English. Two of my cases is Eurofor and Eurocorps in which France also participates. I need to find information on the organizational structures of the French Army in 1995, the command structures of the French Armed Forces in 1995, the Frence defence procurement in or around 1995 and the Frence defence strategy vision of 1995. I hope you can help me with this since I can't find a lot of information about France. Thanks in advance!
