Bonjour,

En détachement depuis le 01 novembre 2018 alors que j'étais classé échelle 4 / échelon 8, l'échelon exceptionnel vient de m'être attribué à/c du 01 juillet 2018.

Vais-je bénéficier du nouvel indice que j'aurai dû avoir en tant que militaire pendant mon détachement, avec application rétro-active?
