Il y a des épreuves sportives tout au long de la formation.

Bilan d'Etape = 4km x 2, cordes x 2, puissance musculaire (pompes/traction/abdos)

Bilan Final = 4km treillis/rangers x2, cordes x2, puissance musculaire, parcours obstacles x2

 

Tu peux trouver les barèmes sur internet.
