Comment oublier une date pareille , quelques rappels historiques .

 

 

Je rajoute l'ordonnance royale qui la créer ,signée au nom du Roi par le Maréchal Soult Duc de Dalmatie Maréchal d'Empire qui su durer . Le texte est intéressant.
